My Inspiration
I developed my love for wildlife and nature at a young age, mainly because I grew up around Lake Nakuru National Park. My dad, who is a photographer, would often take us to the park, which nurtured my photography skills and passion for wildlife. The frequent safari jeeps passing through our home to and from the Mara further fueled my interest in becoming a safari guide. After completing my A levels, I joined a tourism college, which allowed me to fully learn and understand the importance of conservation. Being around wildlife instills a sense of freedom and connection to mother nature that we all crave. As a result, I strive to promote wildlife conservation through showcasing wildlife photography and education for all. I am an active member of the Kenya Professional Safari Guides Association (KPSGA).
